Physical Support Group Meeting

I went to my (physical vs. virtual) support group meeting and was asked by someone who I haven't met before if I was attending as someone's "Support Person" not knowing I had already had the weight loss surgery made me feel I am doing things right.. 😀

They were extremely surprised when I showed them my before photo.

The head nurse (conducting the meeting) used my before and after photos during the meeting and commented that I was one of their most dramatic changes in a short amount of time.. 😃

Yes, Yes I am tooting my own horn at this point.. 😝
