NSV!

Up to two full chin ups today..

Not from jumping up to the bar either, I can lift my body up from the ground and put my chin over the bar.. Twice..


I kept at it each day, got up a little more each day..

My arms are killing me after doing it but after I got over one I was amazed that I could do the second one!  :) LOL

I try not to pump my legs and keep them straight as possible.

I watched a bunch of videos on how to do them and the one thing that was consistent was NOT to kick or flail your legs for a true chin\pull up.. :)

I have NEVER been able to do them, even when I was in 1-4th grade (When I was a skinny little kid)..


I will admit and toot my own horn that I am AMAZED I can lift myself up (Currently at 250 lbs).. 

Currently I am using an old unused metal swing set that is in our backyard, or anything else I can find to try to pull myself up on..
