Food: 

Stay under 1,300 Calories

Water: 

As close as I can get to 200 Oz. (roughly 2 Gallons of water)

Work out tonight:- Treadmill 3.5 at incline of 5 for at least 25-30 minutes
- (10) Situps
- (10) Side-to-side situps
- (10) Push ups
- (1 Minute) Plank
