Notes:

Wasn't feeling hungry, until after I ate dinner, got hungrier later in the night.
I was trying to stay under 800 calories but after talking with Becky I decided to add some more calories in to try to at least eat under 1,500.
With the Carbs I really want to be around 20 g a day but under 50 g is ok.
Water: I have been drinking a TON of water and should at least try to get in 256 oz a day (2 Gallons) if possible.
I skipped the exercise and will try to do at least every other day.
I also need to focus more on going to bed earlier, have been staying up until at least midnight most nights.
