Goals as of 9/19/2017
Things to try for:
- Lose 10 lbs in 1 month
- Weigh in Every Thursday Morning
- Exercise at least 25-30 mins a day
- Track all Food\Drink
- Try to get to Bed before 10:30 PM
- Update this page EVERY DAY with:
- Exercise Log
- Food Log
- Weight Check-In
- Overall feeling of how I am doing
- Update the weight loss challenge I am in (every two weeks on Thursday)
